Poppy's 8 Week Fat Loss Challenge

8 Week Macro Focused Fat Loss Challenge!

I am SO excited for 2023!!
  If you've ever felt like tracking macros is overwhelming, hard to understand or too time consuming...THIS is the challenge for you!

For the first 4 weeks, I will check each participants MFP food diary (or Avatar) and give daily feedback via email to ensure a full understanding of tracking food, how to "round out your day," and what foods best fit your macros for long term success.

8 Week Challenge includes:
  • Initial Macro Calculation
  • Access to my webinar, "Macros: It's Not a Diet"
  • Weekly Check-ins with Feedback
  • 4 weeks Daily Diary Checks
  • Challenge Facebook Group

ALL participants will be given the opportunity to stay in the challenge an additional 4 weeks at no extra charge (through March 31st)!  That's a total of TWELVE weeks of accountability, workouts and assistance for only $250!
